When will my order ship?
Every Ortalis Coffee Co. order is prepared after it is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier timing. Orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Why does my tracking show pre-shipment?
Tracking may show pre-shipment before the carrier has picked up the package. This can happen while your order is being prepared for shipment.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. Expedited shipping is not available.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will review the issue and do our best to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on destination. Please note that international delivery is not guaranteed, and international orders are non-refundable.
