Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Ortalis Coffee Co., you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely by Shopify and charged automatically for each recurring delivery.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

Cancellation stops future billing and deliveries. Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional information regarding refunds.

Subscription prices, discounts, and delivery frequency are shown at the time of purchase.
