All Ortalis Coffee Co. orders are prepared after your order is placed.
Because each order is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier timing. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please note:
- Expedited shipping is not available.
- Tracking may show pre-shipment before the carrier picks up the package.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, order timing, holidays, and carrier delays.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on destination.
Please note that international delivery times vary, shipping costs can be high, and international orders are not guaranteed and are non-refundable.
Returns
Because our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and we will review the issue and do our best to help.
Order Changes
Because orders begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified.
