Canopy — Costa Rica Medium-Light Roast Coffee

Bright, sweet, and layered, Canopy is a single-origin Costa Rican coffee from San Marcos de Tarrazú, San José, grown at elevations of 1,300–1,600 meters.

Its cup profile is lively and complex, with notes of pineapple juice, blackberry, and almond, balanced by a clean sweetness and crisp finish. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, helping preserve clarity and brightness while allowing the fruit character to come through.
