Indigo — Bali Blue
Rich, smooth, and deeply layered, Indigo is a single-origin Bali Blue coffee from the Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, Indonesia. Roasted to a medium-dark profile, it delivers a substantial cup with notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses, followed by a remarkably clean finish.
The coffee is produced by farmers organized through Subak Abian, Bali’s traditional system of agricultural cooperation. Grown in volcanic loam at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters, the cherries are hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried in two stages on raised beds, creating the depth and distinctive character associated with Bali Blue coffees.
